Where can i get my snowmobile license to ride in New York? - new york snowmobile license

I have a snowmobile, me and my father's car and play in Lake George, New York. On ways and those who come so for my birthday, so my father, my own snowmobile ride with him and my family. I can not find a place to get my license, and it would take for me to be legal. Please help me get my license somewhere
