I have many direct answers to your questions. I would say, but could benefit from a consultation with a nutritionist and a doctor endocrinologist. If you are for outpatient services at the local hospital to help with his endocrine clinic, which you can connect with a nutrition consultant. It seems that you need care, at home with a physiotherapist, at least for a time at first.

To begin with, or the need for a healthy and balanced diet. U need to eat as many fruits and vegetables, or do none 2 die of hunger! They should light weights or sit-ups a few. A little exercise is better than nothing.
